- Kingsgate 5 Neighborhood Garage Sale ... THIS SATURDAY!
Come one & all to Kingsgate 5's next "neighborhood garage
sale", to be held on Sat. June 28th from 8am to 2pm. All
residents within our neighborhood are banding together to host
garage sales at their homes, and benefit from signage leading
into our community!
For visitors to K5, you can easily find us between Kirkland and
Woodinville, east of I-405, just off 124th Ave. NE, between NE
141st and NE 149th St
DIRECTIONS: From I-405 (north or south): Take Exit 22 (NE
160th Ave.); if northbound, turn right at the top of the exit;
if southbound, turn left at the top of the exit, head over the
freeway overpass, and go through the light. * Go up a small hill
between Chevron & Shell, then down a small hill, then up a small
hill again. * Turn right (south) onto 124th Ave. NE. Drive 0.4
miles south, and you'll see the 1st of our 3 entrances to the
left. The 2nd entrance will be 1 block south to the left. The
3rd entrance is the just south of the stoplight @ 124th Ave. NE
and NE 144th St. It is the 1st street to the left after the
light (about 0.1 miles south), and bears our "monolith" (see

For those with GPS's, simply plug in
"14241 128th Ave NE,
Kirkland, WA 98034" to be guided to our centrally-located poolhouse.
From there, you can either check the posted map to our
Association's "borders", or see the map below.
Some of our residents have sales they'd like to publish, or
have noteworthy individual/unique items. Here are their listings:
- Pam Cole is selling an old Seattle school art cupboard - L 12' W 2.5' H 3' with
multiple drawers, sliders and cubbies (a great craft
cupboard that just needs a good home with lots of space). Asking
$200. Call 425-821-2284 if interested, or stop by
the sale @ 14264-130th Ave NE.
- Please also visit the Cummings' garage sale @ 12923 NE 144th
Place. Call 425-814-1682 for directions.
- Bob Meltzer has a patio (or deck) glass topped table with
four stuffed chairs and umbrella. Stop by 14265 131 Ave. NE to
see it, or call 425-820-6460.
- Chris Creamer's sale @ 12941 NE 147th Place offers a china
cabinet, teen clothes, televisions, computers (PC), an
entertainment center, and music audio tapes. Call
425-806-8830 for directions.
- Lalitha and Nandakumar's sale @ 14304 - 130th Ave. NE
features electronics like a Camcorder, a DVD player, a computer
(PC), plus babies/toddler toys and household items.
- Tonya Davidson's sale @ 14608 125th Ave NE will have a LOT
of baby items and clothing, furniture, electronics, and
household items.
- The Linns @ 14615 125th Ave NE are selling a treadmill, TV
stand, and many baby boy items.
